STANDARD PRINTS (CPP & FTP CATALOGS)

Information

    1. Prints can be submitted via Certified Print Partner (CPP) or File Transfer Protocol (FTP) processing.
    2. CPP option is the least expensive print option, due to the limited options and services available. Specifically:
      • No color correction is applied to your print.  You will need to color-calibrate your monitor regularly to ensure that the printed product matches the colors shown on your computer screen.
      • Framing/spray options apply to the entire order, not just a single print.
      • Volume rebates are available.
    3. FTP option offers more ordering flexibility.
      • Color correction is applied to your prints.
      • Mounting and spray options are available for each individual print.
      • Digital retouching services are available.
      • Volume rebates are available.
    4. Files uploaded via onPrint must be saved in sRGB “.jpg” format; no other image formats are supported.  Images should be saved at 250 dpi for best results.
    5. Photoshop 7.01 is the minimum-compatible Photoshop for image rendering.
    6. When submitting files via CD, please burn your CD’s in ISO 9600 format.  This is the default for the vast majority of CD burners.
    7. Minimum order charge is $11.00.
    8. A color reference print is included with each order to ensure color accuracy.
    9. Paper type is Kodak “E” surface.
    10. All prints are borderless.
    11. Wallets are die-cut free of charge.  All other units are returned in bulk uncut format.
    12. Metallic prints are also available for each of the products shown in the CPP & FTP tabs.   Choose the “Metallics” button at the top of the onPrint Panel to order metallic versions of your desired print size.
